Pumpkin Spice Latte or Shake

Meal Replacement Recipe:

Makes 1 serving.

Note: For Post Op Phase 1 only and must be thin enough to fit through a strainer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop ReLaunch™ Meal Replacement

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)

  • 1 cup milk or unsweetened milk alternative*

  • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

  • Stevia drops to taste or other sugar alternative

  • 3 tsp. instant espresso powder

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and thoroughly mixed. Warm it up and enjoy!

Prefer a shake instead? Just remove the espresso powder and add 1/2 cup of ice when blending.

*Milk Alternatives: Coconut, Almond, Cashew, Soy, Hemp, Flax, etc.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop ReLaunch™ Meal Replacement
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit of choice
  • 1 cup milk or unsweetened milk alternative
  • Stevia drops to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp. smoothie booster

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Poor into a large glass and enjoy

Lemonilla

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop ReLaunch™ Meal Replacement
  • 1/2 squeezed lemon
  • 1-2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup milk or unsweetened milk alternative*
  • 1/2- 1 cup ice
  • Stevia drops to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Poor into a large glass and enjoy
Berry Berry Kaley

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop ReLaunch™ Meal Replacement
  • 1/4 cup chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup milk or unsweetened milk alternative*
  • Stevia drops to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Poor into a large glass and enjoy
Chocolate Lover

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop ReLaunch™ Meal Replacement
  • 1-2 tbsp. unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/2-1 cup milk or unsweetened milk alternative*
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Stevia drops to taste
  • Optional: Add 1 tbsp. peanut butter or almond butter

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Poor into a large glass and enjoy
Avocadolicious

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop ReLaunch™ Meal Replacement
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup milk or unsweetened milk alternative*
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit of your choice (I use green banana)
  • Stevia drops to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix 1 scoop of ReLaunch™ Meal Replacement powder, 1/2 avacado, milk and frozen fruit into blender to blend 
  2. Add stevia drops
  3. Poor into a large glass and enjoy
Vanilla Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop ReLaunch™ Meal Replacement
  • 1/2 cup cold brew coffee or chilled coffee
  • 1/4 cup milk or unsweetened milk alternative*
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Stevia drops to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 frozen banana for creamier texture

Instructions:

  1. Mix 1 scoop of ReLaunch™ Meal Replacement powder, coffee and milk until completely dissolved
  2. Add protein mix above, ice, stevia drops and vanilla extract into a blender and blend until smooth (add optional banana into blender as well)
  3. Poor into a large glass and enjoy
Broth

High Protein BrothMakes 1 serving.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of ReLaunch™ Protein
  • 10.5 ounces of chicken broth or can also use 10.5 ounces of the liquid part of chicken noodle soup (do not use the noodles)
  • 3 ounces of room temperature water

Instructions:

  • Mix 1 scoop of ReLaunch™ Protein powder in 2 ounces of water and whisk intensely with fork or spoon until completely dissolved
  • In a bowl, mix the water/protein mix into broth and whisk until completely dissolved (you may notice a milky film at top and this is normal
  • Microwave on medium heat for 1.5 minutes
  • Remove from microwave, stir thoroughly, and enjoy
Peppermint Tea

Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of ReLaunch™ Meal Replacement
  • 2 Peppermint Tea Bags
  • 8oz water
  • Liquid Splenda

Instructions

  1. Heat 8 ounces of water until boiling in microwave-safe glass or coffee dup
  2. Add 2 tea bags and steep for 3 minutes and then remove tea bags
  3. Add 1 scoop of unflavored meal replacement powder and whisk vigorously with fork/spoon until completely dissolved
  4. Add 2 drops of liquid Splenda to taste
  5. Drink warm or add ice cubes for a cool tea as desired
Cream of Potato Soup

Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of ReLaunch™ Meal Replacement
  • 1/2 cup of Campbells Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of skim milk (for liquid diet only)

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk the condensed soup and water together
  2. Heat in the microwave until the soup is 140 degrees or below.
  3. When cooled below 130 degrees, gradually whisk in the unflavored meal replacement powder until well-incorporated.
  4. Enjoy!

Liquid Diet Instructions: While on the post-op liquid diet you will need to liquefy the cream of potato soup and strain prior to microwaving. You will also need to add ½ cup of skim milk prior to consuming in order to make the final product thin enough for this phase
